Then, a note about a secret shop will be delivered. Go to the Shopping district,
and stop the camera between the far left and middle buildings. Aim the pointer
at the shop down the alleyway between both of them to access the secret shop.
VIP suits:

When you get letters that say a character in a certain Dream Event is cheering
for you, look for that specific character in the referenced Dream Event. Press
Minus when you see them to unlock the corresponding VIP suit. The characters
that have suits include Big and Birdo.

Dream Alpine: Get a medal in the Alpine Skiing and Freestyle Skiing events.

Dream Curling: Reach Day 16 of Team Festival mode.
Dream Figure Skating: Reach Day 16 of Individual Festival mode. Alternately,
reach Day 12 of Team Festival mode.
Dream Gliding: Reach Day 11 of Individual Festival mode. Alternately, reach
Day 16 of Team Festival mode.
Dream Ice Hockey: Reach Day 15 of Team Festival mode.
Dream Short Track: Reach Day 12 of Individual Festival mode. Alternately,
reach Day 15 of Team Festival mode.
