Getting on top of a tall building:

Start the game in cruise mode with Ford Mustang Cruiser(recommended). When
the cruise begins most of the times you would start with a place where there
is a cop on your left & also the sea.Then you should go straight ahead &
take the first left turn & don’t go too far, just a few yards.Then at your
right you would see a small opening to a building near a small pond. Get in
there. In there,there would be a way up. Go there, & if you see the building
there it would be climbable (tilt). Climb on it by going on the edge of the
way from which you had entered the top (with a little speed). Then you would
be on top of the building. Do somersaults & enjoy!

Remember all the cheat menu in Midtowm Madness 1? You won’t need to press
Control, Alt, Shift, F7 at the same time. JUST PRESS Y for Midtown
Madness 2.

top color to see the MS Race texture.

Go to the San Francisco Crash Course and get first place.
Timers Stopped:

While doing any race that is timed you can stop the time by: pressing F2 and
then Q and then Q again. The time will be paused until you press F2 again.
NOTE: There will be no arrow pointing to the next checkpoint. Do this at the
beginning of the Blitz race or Checkpoint Race or whatever.
Hints:

Use the map, Luke. There’s no telling what sort of predicament you’ll get yourself
into if you don’t get accustomed to glancing at the map all the time.
Map the handbrake to a very convenient joystick button and acquire enough skill to
use it for all your sharp cornering needs.
The VW New Beetle RSi is a very adept automobile great through the turns and
surprisingly powerful on the straights. You’ll have to unlock it, but the game
allows you to do so early in the proceedings.
Use a manual tranny rather than the automatic, and turn the rear-view mirror to On.

There is a building that resembles a mall in the north part of the map. Go in it and
go up the ramp inside to get on top of what looks like a parking garage. As you turn
around the ramp used to up there you will see a steep angled roof. You can drive up
to the very tip of that roof, where you can just fall off or roof jump to other
buildings.

Note: This procedure involves changing a game file; create a backup copy of the file
before proceeding. Delete the player0.sav file in the players folder in the main
game folder.
Teleporting car:

Go to the top of the white line squiggle hill on the map. The back of your car should
be facing down that hill. In front of you will be a yellow house with vines by the door.
Go down the hill on the left-hand sidewalk. If done correctly, your car will fall down
under the sidewalk. It appears as if you are in the sky. Then, your car will be back
where you started.
Note: This may take a few attempts and works well with any flat type of car
(Panoz Gtr-1 recommended).
Sliding police:

Get in the fire truck and flip a police car on its side. Push it along on a grassy area.
It will soon go faster and faster and will slide away at 100mph. If it survives, it will
return to chase you, hit head on, and go up in the air. If done in San Francisco under
the Golden Gate Bridge, it will flip up onto it.
Go through a building:

This is working cheat which i have tried.
All you have to need to some coding in Command Prompt
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Midtown Madness 2>
Go to the specified directory (as mentioned above) using Command Prompt, then type
midtown2 -allcars
your command will be like this:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Midtown Madness 2>midtown2 -allcars
When you press enter, you will be directed to the game. That’s it you are done.
You have unlocked all the cars.

San Francisco: Get on top of building:

yards. To your right you should see a small opening to a building near a little pond.
Get in there. Once inside, there should be a way up. Go there and you should see a
slanted building that you can drive on. Drive on it by going on the edge in the
direction from where you entered the top, with a little speed. You should be on top
of the building.
San Francisco: Go through a building:

Start in Cruise mode in San Francisco with the Panoz Gtr-1.. At the start, there are
police and the ocean to your right. Go to your right and find the grey building. Go
to the end part with the black windows, then drive through it.

In sanfrancisco Theres a big hill with a curvy path with houses.
On the other side theres a hill which is a plain road. Go up that hill of road very fast then stop.
The police cars sometimes go in the sky. When theyre in the sky you can only see the lights.
It is very funny.
