During the loading screens that have the Konoha symbol in the bottom right
corner, quickly rotate the Right Analog-stick in circles. If done correctly, a
blue Chakara Ball will appear and refill some of your Chakra gauge.
Easy protection missions:

When you play the missions where you have to protect something or hold off
enemies for a certain amount of time, just use Shikamaru’s Kage Mane no Jutsu.
The attack holds off all the opponents you capture and they will not respawn
unless you kill them. You can hold them off for as long as desired.
Defeating Shirogane girl’s Giant Puppet Bee in Kigan Hill
When fighting the Shirogane girl’s Giant Puppet Bee, switch to Lee, and lock
onto the bee. Make sure you have lots of Rations As or Bs. Once you have locked
onto the bee, repeatedly use Dynamic Entry, and use rations to replenish Chakra
when needed. This will kill the bee quickly.
