Analog-stick on controllers one and four simultaneously at the character

Drive around the West Coast until you find a man who wants to go to the
FILA store. Make sure that he gets in on the right side of your taxi.
Drive him to the store and turn so that the right side of your car is
lined up with a window at the front. If done correctly, when he gets out,
he will automatically teleport into the store and you will get double money.
Expert mode:

Highlight a driver, then hold White + Black and press A at the character
selection screen. The message „Expert Mode” will appear to confirm correct
code entry. No destination or arrow indicators will appear in this mode.
Glitter Oasis: Loch Ness monster:

Go to the water near the dam and look around for a while. You will see the
Loch Ness monster.

Press White to view a blue arrow that shows you the faster, shorter way to
drop off passengers.
Toggle headlights:

Click the Right Analog-stick to turn your headlights on and off.
Twister:

Hold Gas + A + B then hold the Left Analog-stick Right to do a tornado.
Note: It looks more like a tornado when done in the water.
West Coast: Killer whale:

Go to the beach and you will see a killer whale.

Backwards Crazy Dash:

While driving in reverse, press R + A and you will do a Crazy Dash backwards.
