Stage Select:

Turn your game on and wait until the title screen is stagnant (as in —
there are no animations moving). Then, press Start, Select, and the A
button simultaneously. If done properly, you will be brought to a screen
that will allow you to select whichever stage you want to go to without
having to play through the game the proper way.
