money is not visible. Aa way to pick-up it is the spy sattlelite (they is
good to find money and view the entire map).

Pick a popular spawn spot where alot of people spawn and buy a flamer, when
they spawn u quickly flame them and they drop money for ammo refills. This
also works with barrels: put a few barels near spawn spot and shoot it when
someone spawns (best shot from long distance).
