Unlock all buses, tracks:

Open the file /data/profile1.dat with Windows notepad (the file can
be found in your bus simulator install directory). Use the find and
replace option to replace -1 with 0. When you have done this
save the document and all the buses and tracks will be unlockted.

be found in your bus simulator install directory). The second value
contains the money value, change this to something you think is good.
