Go to the folder where you hav installed the game, go to data,
you have lots of files there arranged in different folder, just
edit them according to your wish.
For example, to decrease the reload time go to weapon, open
the weapon files there, find [reload]x[/reload] and change the’x’
number to '0′ to remove reloading time.
Remember to make a back-up copy in case you make a mistake or
want default settings back.
