Activate the console via the tilde (~) key (the key above TAB) on the server
(host) machine and type sv_cheats 1. Then while in the console, type the
following to enable the cheat.

(your health will not be lower than 1)
spawn a car / boat – ch_createairboat
99% imposible dificulty – ai_block_damage 1
Murder a teamate – kill (players name)
Spawn a zombie – ent_create npc_zombine
Delete all zombies – ent_remove_all npc_zombine
Info: It removes all the zombies that are on the map, but it will not prevent
zombies from spawning in.
