Use a hex editor such as Norton diskedit, and edit the RCT
file you just saved.
Goto Offset 18 Hex 12, and type FF FF FF.
Unlimited money:

Take a car to the weapons shop. Highlight the largest missile
and move left until the item is no longer displayed. Select
the Buy option to be credited with the cost of the item.
Repeat this procedure to gain unlimited funds.
