How to Activate The Debug Menu:

On Steam, right click the game, enter the Properties menu,
and then click Set launch options…, enter
debug=true
, and save.
While in the game, just load a save file, and press K to enter the debug menu.
Beware, the J and L buttons, make you jump across levels.
