Defeating the White Demon:

On the last level, a White Demon will start shooting
rapidly at you. Hide behind a piece of coral.
The demon cannot hit you, but it is harder to eat the
small school fish.
Bonus Screen:

While at the opening screen double click on the
Dopefish image. A screen displaying every games
that Dopefish made an appearances in will be
displayed.
