The cheat is called useboat.It lets you go to geneforge when you use the
first one in poryphra ruins and you go to geneforge2 when you use the
second one in poryphra ruins.If you use the one in dillame it will bring
you to geneforge3. The boat appears when you use the cheat.You can only
use it if your lv40 or higher.
