Watch for the Blink:

A tiny yellow blinking arrow on the right side of the screen tells you
when a boost ring is about to appear, and where. Don’t blink!
Avoid the Ups and Downs:

You have a limited amount of thruster fuel on your JetPyscle, so keep
up-and-down movements to a minimum or you’ll find yourself unable to steer.
