Enter the \program files\microsoft game\combat flight simulator\missions
directory. Rename the special.mi_ file to special.mis. Rename the
team.mi_ file to team.mis. Start the game and enter the single missions
list with the Show all missions option selected. The secret missions are
Camel Caravan, where you must fly a Sopwith Camel and attack a ground base,
and Team Outing which is a very large team-based level with each plane named
after a game developer.
