Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup
copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the
nr2k2 file in the game folder. Go to PLAYERS, go to your player,
then go to PLAYER (not PLAYRECS). The first number you see should
be 1. Change it to 0. When you play the game and go backwards at
a fast enough speed, you will fly into the air and possibly do some
flips.
Drive off track:

On Sears Point Raceway, go for seven turns (or eight if you count the
little tiny dip in the track as the fourth turn). Stop after the area
of sand at the end of the seventh turn. You will be able to get into
the space between the tire barrier and the fence there. Drive along
that place for a short while until the fence ends. You should now be
able to drive around on the dirt outside of the racetrack with no
boundaries (except the edge of the ground).
Different pit stall:

Go to the Opponent Manager screen and create a new car. The first
name should be Jason, and the last name should be Leffler. The car
number should be 11, and the sponsors should be Fedex and Netzero
Hi-Speed. The team is Joe Gibbs Racing. Although Gibbs is a Pontiac
team, make your car a Chevrolet. During the race or practice, make a
pit stop. Notice that either Bobby Labonte or Tony Stewart is getting
serviced in your pit stall. They will act as if they notice you and
quickly drive away. Also, during practice or the race (most noticeably
in the race), Bobby and Tony are normally racing together.
