Save the game. Use a text editor to edit the .FDS file
in the /prison tycoon 2/data/maps directory.
Scroll to the bottom to find the lines:

Edit the second number to reflect the amount of money you want.
For example, $900,000,000 would be:

Press Enter, type sleepworker (with quotes), and then press
one of the following keys to activate its function:
M – 10,000 cash
x – Security level increase
F1 – More space
F2 – Even more space
F3 – Even even more space
F5 – Passive
F9 – Injured (Injured is bad then your prisoners can die)
F8 – Hungry
F4 – Makes your prisoner happy
F6 – Makes your prisoner bored (will not work)
F7 – Makes your prisoner angry
4 – Time goes fast
5 – Time goes faster
6 – Time goes even faster
More Prisoners:

Build your prison with a cell block or dorm and get a couple inmates
to come. Then save your game, exit and load it and a bus of inmates
will come! Save, exit and do it all over again until your prison is
full.
