Enter PRO as a name at the high score screen.
The Propinball: The Web entry in the .ini file refers to the wrong file,
think it refers to Pong.txt where it should refer to Propin.txt(not sure?)
Secret Mania mode:

To get Secret Mania mode, you must get many combos (hitting a ramp or loop
and then hitting another in quick succession) to unlock Combo Mania, which
can be activated by hitting the center sinkhole. However, before activating
this activate the left lock (Fast Frenzy lock) by hitting the left ramp until
it lights. Shoot the lock and choose the number of balls you wish to lock.
Then, continue play. Try to lock all of the balls except for the last one.
Then, shoot the center sinkhole to activate Combo Mania. While this is
activated, lock your last ball, or however many you have remaining to lock,
and then Secret Mania will begin. This is a mix of Combo Mania and Fast Frenzy.
Every sinkhole, loop, and ramp will be flashing. Shoot any of them to score
Jackpots.
