Dynamite baloon:

Shooting at the floating hand and floating skull generally
brings in the dynamite balloon. Shoot the item the balloon
is carrying to set off the charge and wipe out all present
targets for a few seconds. Watch for other items in floating
balloons to open extra points locations.
