To unlock the special weapon Hand Of God, you need to beat Day
39. If you start day 40 (or later) press the X button on your
keyboard to call in Gods help. You dont even need to shoot
anymore, just place your cursor where the weapon needs to strike
and press the X Button, a giant Hand will come from the sky
and kill ALL enemies with a single kick.
Killing enemies:

I will write how much bullets you will need to kill enemies
in EASY mode. (can select on the main menu).
man with katana -> 1
man with machinegun -> 2
buggy with machinegun -> 4
tank -> 8
