Use a text editor to edit the config.ini file in the directory:
\program files\the guild 2 – pirates of the european seas.
Locate the [INIT-PLAYER-0] heading and change the value that follows
the Money = entry to whatever desired. The highest number that can
be used is 9999999999. Below that line is the line detailing enemy
players, which you can edit to make them have no money, residence, etc.
To change the HasResidence and Married lines, a 1 means yes and 0
means no. To change the Workshops line, you can have about as many as
desired.
For example 0 is none and 3 is three.

Use a text editor to edit the charlevels.DBT file in the Folder:
\program files\the guild 2 – pirates of the european seas\DB. Open the
file and you will see the following text where the 3rd number indicates
the amount of exp required to go to the next level, change it to the amount
you desired. For example, if you want to start in level 5 change to 0 all
the the first five number in the 3rd gruop.
