Just open the file PICSTEAM\TEAM.INI in your GameDir
with a Text editor.
There you can change all quality of your team-members.
(Rank, Experience, Speed, Reaction…)
Also you can change there health to 200
while playing game goto recharge center & shot 1 bullet your partner
his health change to 210
then recharge his suite & shot 1 more bullet to him his health change to 310
& go on………
