locked players as well.

Setting the designer name to vgtburncd will let you burn CDs (in the GOLD
and DIAMOND editions only) even if you havent achieved the Silver Video
Game Designer Award.

Note: Setting the designer name to vgtall will do the same as vgtburncd
and will also unlock the Pegasus and Kruiser models.
