During the Game press the following Keys.
Code Effect

{Alt} + B – Fast building
{Alt} + M – Money / $1K Money
{Alt} + O – Oil
{Alt} + I – Complete all research
Note: When you use Instant Build, be at the screen of the region.
When using it for buildings, be at the building tab and press
{Alt}+B. Go to another tab and switch back.
Note that the buildings are now complete. This works the same for
units.

screen. Type {Alt}+I and you will complete everything!
