Rename the file ALL.DES, or move it to another directory for
safekeeping. Without the file, objects will no longer block you,
and walls will no longer hinder your line of sight nor block you.
Aside from editing the map file, this is the only way to get the
psionic shield on the upper right of MiCon IV in the PC version,
due to a bug with the alarm plates. Also, this will remove space
hazards such as asteroids; although they will still be displayed
on the navigation map, they wont be present in cockpit view.
